The Shamrock Club of Wisconsin and Westown Association celebrated the return of the 54th Shamrock Club of Wisconsin St. Patrick’s Day Parade presented by Miller Lite. Although it was a cold and windy day, thousands of people still attended the Parade, lining downtown’s streets and filling local restaurants, bars, shops and hotels.
