For six decades, The Poultry Federation (TPF) has hosted the annual event celebrating the poultry and egg industry with its finest. The festival draws members and friends of the industry from all across the country. In 2024, over 4,500 tickets were sold to the festival, impacting the Rogers economy by $4.19 million. 

The two-day festival offers a variety of activities that are great for networking, team building and socializing. Festival activities include: golf tournament, trap shoot, fishing tournament, pickleball, scholarship auction, industry awards ceremony, all member barbecue contest, 4-H barbecue contest and conclude with the festival concert.
