The mission of the City of Sherman Parks and Recreation Department is to enhance the quality of life in Sherman by providing the finest parks, facilities, programs and services in the area.
Sherman Parks and Recreation provides a variety of recreational activities for people of all ages and interests. If you have a skill or interest you would like to share, we are always in search of new teachers, ideas and programs. Instructors may volunteer their time or a stipend is available. If you are interested in teaching a class, please complete the Class Proposal Form and return to the Parks and Recreation office.
