FitSTEPS for Life is a non-profit organization whose mission is to enhance the quality of life and survival for those living with cancer.  Our vehicle is to provide free fitness and nutrition sessions delivered by trained staff.  We have 7 locations in the Dallas area.  Our Garland center is located at the First Baptist Church, 801 Ave. D, Garland, TX 75040.  We are seeking volunteers 18 and older to encourage, motivate, and assist participants in exercise sessions.  Training is provided.  Contact Lindsay at [email protected].
