Vision Statement : The City of Whitehouse is undertaking a project to plan for growth over the next fifteen years. As the plan will cover the years 2005 to 2020, the project will be called Vision 2020. The City has hired Butler Planning Services, a Houston firm with roots in Whitehouse, to provide consultant services for document research, analysis, and production. The City has also formed the Plan Steering Committee (PSC) which is a board composed of citizens and City officials charged with collecting public input and directing the initial development of the plan.
