The City of Melissa is a fast growing North Texas community with a population of approximately 3,120. Melissa is located fifty miles north of downtown Dallas. Situated in northeast Collin County, Melissa is in a dynamic growth area with a region encompassing nine counties and spanning one hundred miles with a population of over four million. The close proximity to Dallas and its suburbs offer easy access to all parts of the Metroplex, including Fort Worth, and other areas of Texas as well.
