Ives has lived in the Schaumburg area for 10 years. He started his journey in the business world at a young age, when he worked in his father's small business. Besides the fundamentals of business, the early experience instilled in him the values of integrity and a strong work ethic. He hopes to do the same for his daughters, who will join him in the new franchise. He has a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign and a bachelor of science in commerce from DePaul University. His career is marked by a passion for leading teams, managing budgets, forecasting and fostering strategic partnerships.
