8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m: Youth Arts and Crafts Judging in Community Building, closed to the public.

Thursday, April 24, 2025

8:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m: Adult and Youth entries accepted in the Community Building (all categories except Youth Arts and Crafts)
11:00 a.m: Cookshack opens
12:00 p.m - 5:00 p.m: Livestock and Horse entries accepted
1:00 p.m - 5:00 p.m: Judging in Community Building, closed to the public.
5:00 p.m: Community Building opens for evening viewing
5:00 p.m: All Barn Meeting near Beef Barn (all stock show participants must attend)

9:00 a.m - 8:00 p.m: Community Building open
9:00 a.m: Cookshack opens
9:00 a.m: Fitting and Showing of Rabbits and Chickens
10:00 a.m: Fitting and Showing; FFA then 4-H
10:00 a.m: Beef
11:00 a.m: Sheep/Goats
12:00 p.m: Swine
1:00 p.m: Lunch Break
1:30 p.m: Confirmation Classes; FFA then 4-H
1:30 p.m: Beef
2:30 p.m: Sheep/Goats
3:00 p.m: Swine
4:00 p.m: Round Robin
5:00 p.m: Pee Wee Classes (Ages 5-8)
Adult Classes (Entry Fee $20)

9:00 a.m: 4-H and FFA Horse Show
12:00 p.m: St. John Community Fair Parade downtown
11:45 a.m: Kids line-up at Post Office
1:00 p.m: FFA Games, Awards and Raffle Drawing at Livestock Show Arena
1:30 p.m: 4-H and FFA Horse Show (cont’d)
5:00 p.m: Animals may be removed from fairgrounds
8:00 p.m - 10:00 p.m: Youth Activities in the Livestock Show Arena hosted by St. John Livestock Fund

10:00 a.m: Pig Putt Golf Scramble hosted by St. John Ladies League
10:00 a.m: Cookshack opens
10:00 a.m: Open Horse Show
2:00 p.m - 3:00 p.m: Exhibits must be removed from the Community Building
