6:00 PM: PRE-FESTIVAL VIP WINE DINNER

Experience the culinary talent of coastal Delaware at the highly anticipated prelude event for the Southern Delaware Wine, Food, and Music Festival.

?This unique 10-course dining experience will be orchestrated by renowned chef and global culinary consultant Hari Cameron, known for his innovative approaches to cuisine. He will lead an exceptional ensemble of talented chefs, each with their own distinctive culinary styles. The lineup includes Kyle Berman, Executive Chef at The Pines, who is celebrated for his farm-to-table creations; Sean Corea, Owner & Executive Chef at Lewes Oyster House, renowned for his commitment to fresh and locally sourced seafood; Ted Deptula, Culinary Director of La Vida Hospitality, known for his contemporary twists on classic dishes; Zach Dick, Executive Chef at Dogfish Head, Chesapeake & Main, recognized for pairing food with craft brews; Jordan Keen, Executive Chef at Atlantic Sands Hotel, who excels in coastal cuisine; and David Kneller, Owner and Chef of Market 59 Baltimore, who is acclaimed for his creative market-inspired dishes.

?The food will be complemented by exquisite wines, beer and cocktails by a thoughtfully curated pairing of creating a splendidly transcendent experience for your palate.

?This one-of-a-kind dining experience is limited to only 65 guests.

Separate tickets are required and do not include admission to the main festival.

CHEF THROWDOWN COMPETITION

The annual Chef Throwdown is one of the most popular features of the Southern Delaware Wine, Food, & Music Festival. Included with admission, festival guests will have the opportunity to watch talented chefs go knife to knife in a high-energy, interactive, "Iron Chef" style cooking competition.

Presented with a mystery basket of ingredients they must use, competitors will showcase their skills, craftsmanship, and creativity as they prepare a complete dish for the judges in only 30 minutes.

EXPERT LED BOURBON TASTING

Add to your festival experience by immersing yourself in the world of bourbon as experts from the Wilmington Whiskey Club lead you through a unique and informative tasting that is perfect for both novices and connoisseurs.

An American classic with a rich history worth exploring, you will be guided through a flight of carefully curated bourbons that showcase the intoxicating mix of smooth warmth, nuanced aromas, and rich flavors to this beloved spirit.

From the sweet notes of caramel and vanilla to the bold flavors of oak and spice, there is something for everyone to discover about this iconic spirit.

A guest favorite every year, you choose which bottle you want to pull from amongst hundreds of wrapped bottles. But you won't know what you won until it's in your hands to be unwrapped!
