From: City Of Roswell The City of Roswell proudly announces its Communications Division has been honored with multiple prestigious national awards from the City-County Communications and Marketing Association (3CMA). This national recognition highlights the outstanding contributions in the field of local government communications.
The City’s Communications Division was recognized at 3CMA annual conference. The awards reflect the team's commitment to innovation, creativity, and delivering messages that resonate with audiences on a local and national scale.
The awards received are:
- Silver Circle Award: Best Use of Social Media in a Campaign for the 2023 Roswell Roots festival
- Silver Circle Award: Publication for the Roswell Recreation, Parks, Historic and Cultural Arts 2023 Summer Brochure.
- Award of Excellence: Publication for the 2023 Roswell Community Calendar featuring the Fire Department
- Award of Excellence: Education Video the City of Roswell’s 2022 Bond Referendum Video Series
These awards highlight the diverse talents and capabilities of the Communications Division. With over 875 entries in 38 categories received, the awards underscore the team's ability to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of communications, staying ahead of industry trends and setting new standards for excellence.
The Savvy Awards have represented the best in government communications for more than 30 years and honor skilled and effective city, county, agency, or district professionals who have creatively planned and carried out successful innovations in communications and marketing.
3CMA was founded in 1988 on the philosophy that communications and marketing are essential to helping governments engage and build stronger relationships with their residents. Effective public communicators are vital to local government success, linking residents to the essential information they need to access services and be part of the democratic process.
