Fusion is elated to announce the Inaugural Rising High Arts Festival on October 10th–20th! This multi-disciplinary festival is a collaboration of artists, organizations, and businesses that aim to elevate the Downtown Albuquerque experience for residents and visitors alike. Overlapping with the second weekend of the Balloon Fiesta, we invite art enthusiasts from near and far to enjoy this elevated arts festival!
