Rebel Art Fest takes place at Potawatomi Park in South Bend, IN. This event is back for its 8th year on Sunday, August 13 from 12-8pm. Event parking is available at the park, pool, zoo, Adams high school, library and side streets. Wall Street will be blocked for the event from the zoo entrance to Greenlawn Ave. This event is free to attend.
