From: Pima County GovernmentPIMA COUNTY, May 3, 2023 — Students entering 7th and 8th grade can take advantage of a new summer program at the Ellie Towne Flowing Wells Community Center, thanks to Pima County Natural Resources, Parks and Recreation.
The free youth recreation program will run Monday through Wednesday, June 5-28, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Participants must be entering 7th or 8th grade to be eligible. Registration opens at 6 a.m. May 4. Parents or guardians will be required to attend a mandatory orientation.
Youth club activities will include games, crafts, projects, field trips and guest speakers. The program is free.
The program is only being offered at the Ellie Towne Flowing Wells Community Center, 1660 West Ruthrauff Road.
