Notice of a Possible Quorum of the City Council for the City of Marlin. Texas

Notice is hereby given that members of the City of Marlin City Council in numbers which may constitute a quorum of the City Council, may participate on Tuesday March 7, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. to meet at The Marlin High School Auditorium located at 1400 Capps St. Marlin, Texas.

No action will be considered or taken by the City Council during this event.

This event will be an informational and an update related to ongoing City Capital Improvements Projects., this event is otherwise a social function for citizens to ask questions and get answers during which there will be no deliberation, nor will City Council be considering or taking any action on any items of City business. While there may be incidental discussion of City business, the City Council will not be deliberating or taking action as the governing body of the City of Marlin. Any discussion of public business is purely incidental. Texas Government Code Section 551.001 (4)(B)(iv).
