Longtime Friends Open Graze Craze Charcuterie Shop in Ponte Vedra Beach 

Local Grazologists are excited to bring people together through fresh grazing boards and boxes 

Graze Craze®, the charcuterie store and catering concept elevating graze-style dining options nationwide, is now open in Ponte Vedra Beach at 254 Solana Road in Ponte Vedra Square. Longtime friends and owners Diarmuid Graham and Dan Mariotti are looking forward to sharing the exciting new food option with the community with the help of Diarmuid Graham’s wife, Rachael Graham, who will serve as the general manager of the store. 

The specialty store is powered by a team of expert Grazologists™ who curate charcuterie boards using a variety of high-quality ingredients, including premium meats and cheeses, fresh fruits, crisp vegetables and more, accompanied by house-made sauces, dips and jams. Each grazing spread features a complementary blend of flavors, colors and textures that produce a delicious work of edible art.   

Diarmuid and Dan, both pilots, developed valuable skills during their careers including adaptability and leadership—qualities that seamlessly translate into running their own business. Rachael Graham brings her creativity, love for food and passion for curating special experiences to the business. Together, the trio forms a dynamic team blending expertise in structure, along with enthusiasm for uniting people through exceptional food and service.
