D1 Training, a leading fitness enrichment concept utilizing the five core tenets of athletic-based training, has opened a new location in Winter Garden at 765 Garden Commerce Pkwy suite A. The new group fitness facility employs a sports-science backed training regimen led by certified trainers to help people of all ages achieve their sport and fitness goals.

Chris Inman and Lee Tucker join a roster of impressive existing franchisees, including professional athletes like Kylie Fitts and Jordan Gay. Additional franchise partners include notable figures such as Super Bowl MVP Von Miller, Tim Tebow, and Michael Oher.

Inman and Tucker have opened the newest location in central Florida after being best friends in high school in the Gainesville area. Inman joins the D1 Training family after spending 14 years owning and operating a fire and security alarm company in the Orlando area. Tucker has spent his career in education as a teacher, and has always been active and passionate about sports and working with the youth to help them be the best version of themselves. The duo is excited to be joined by D1 Training veteran, and new General Manager Francisco Pabon who joins the Winter Garden after working for other D1’s the last four years and previously playing college football.

Outside of group workouts, D1 Training offers group, semi-private, and one-on-one training with world-class coaches.
