The first week in April, the Town of Lamar hosts the Egg Scramble Jamboree on Main Street.

Our little town gets all “dressed up” for the festivities with live entertainment, a parade, arts and crafts and so much traditional southern food to choose from, you won’t want to leave!

The Lamar Egg Scramble Jamboree is back for 2025!

We are celebrating 41 years!

Saturday March, 29, 2025 – Taste of Lamar   (Spaulding Middle School 5PM-6PM)

April 1-4, 2025 – Judging of the Yard Decorating Contest!!  *Get your yards ready!

Friday April 4, 2025 –  Vendors on Railroad Ave. (12PM – 9PM), Street Dance (7PM) & Night Parade (8PM)

Saturday April 5, 2025 – All Day Festival

We kick off Saturday with the parade!  Parade starts at 11 a.m.  Line up at Lamar High School at 10 a.m.

Come down to the Gospel Stage from 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Entertainment on the Main Stage from 12 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Vendors will be along Railroad Ave. all day until 8:30 p.m.
