Governor Walz Orders Flags at Half-Staff to Honor Minnesota Police Officer Felicia Reilly

Governor Tim Walz has ordered all United States and Minnesota flags to fly at half-staff at all state buildings in the State of Minnesota from sunrise until sunset on Monday, March 10, 2025, in honor and remembrance of Officer Felicia Reilly. Officer Reilly died on March 1, 2025, as a result of injuries sustained in the line of duty in 2010.

“Officer Felicia Reilly demonstrated selfless dedication and a deep commitment to serve and protect the people of Minnesota,” said Governor Walz. “An inspiration to many, Reilly will be remembered for her dedication, compassion, and resilience. I extend my deepest condolences to her family and loved ones.”

Individuals, businesses, and other organizations are also encouraged to join in lowering their flags.
