INDIANAPOLIS - Governor Mike Braun is directing flags to be flown at half-staff in Adams County in honor of William "Bill" McKean, the former Mayor of Berne. McKean passed away at the age of 76 on Friday, March 14.

Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset in Adams County on Friday, March 21. Governor Braun is asking businesses and residents located in Adams County to lower their flags as well.
