INDIANAPOLIS - Governor Mike Braun is directing flags to be flown at half-staff in Randolph County in honor of Ridgeville Firefighter Donald "Hev" Caylor. Caylor passed away at the age of 66 on Sunday, March 9, in the line of duty while responding to a fire call.

Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset in Randolph County on Friday, March 14. Governor Braun is asking businesses and residents located in Randolph County to lower their flags as well.
