Celebrate 250 Years of Lexington’s Irish Heritage!

Get ready for a weekend of Irish celebration as Lexington marks its 250th anniversary! The Alltech Lexington St. Patrick’s Parade and Festival kicks off the festivities next weekend on Saturday, March 15, at Henry A. Tandy Centennial Plaza with a free, family-friendly festival from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Enjoy live music, Irish dance, food vendors, local artisans, and the iconic “Blessing of the Keg” at 10:15 a.m. The fun continues with the St. Patrick’s Parade on Main Street from 1-2 p.m., honoring Fr. Norman Fischer as grand marshal. Don’t miss this extended weekend of Irish cheer, heritage, and history!
