MADISON, Wis. — Days after appearing in front of a large inflatable Donald Trump, Brad Schimel is appearing tonight at a town hall event with Donald Trump Jr. and Turning Point USA’s Charlie Kirk.

Democratic Party of Wisconsin Communications Director Joe Oslund issued the following statement:

“Days after mugging for the camera in front of a gigantic inflatable Donald Trump, Brad Schimel is rushing to share the stage with the junior-sized version, making clear there is no embarrassment he won’t bear to capture a seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court for Trump and Elon Musk. While Brad Schimel is busy bending the knee to Trump - any Trump he can find - Elon Musk has been busy buying him a seat on our Supreme Court, hoping to remove any obstacle to the extreme Musk-Trump agenda here in Wisconsin. Wisconsinites want a Supreme Court justice who is independent, who will give everyone a fair shake, and who will rule based on the law - that’s Susan Crawford.”
