Alivia Care, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Lou Caldropoli, Mathew Hugo, and Fontaine Le Maistre, IV, to its Board of Directors, effective February 28. This strategic expansion marks a significant milestone for the organization as it continues to enhance its leadership team to support its mission and growth initiatives.
Lou Caldropoli holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Iona University in New York and is a Certified Public Accountant. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) in Stamford, CT, where he became a Business Assurance Manager. He then spent over two decades at Swisher International, serving in various leadership roles, including Chief Operations Officer. In this role, he oversaw global operations, finance, and Information Technology while contributing to strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management as part of the executive leadership team. In addition to his business career, Mr. Caldropoli is active in his community. He serves on the finance council of the Catholic Diocese of St. Augustine, is a board member of Palmer Catholic Academy, and a board member of The Foundation of Community Hospice & Palliative Care. Mr. Caldropoli and his wife, Lina, enjoy spending time with their four children and grandchildren.
Mathew Hugo is the Chief Operations Officer for Albert Hugo Associates Inc., a fourth-generation Jacksonville business specializing in residential interior design, upholstery manufacturing, commercial millwork, and stone processing for commercial and residential clients. He is also the managing member of HFI 3061 LLC and Cephus LLC, specializing in rental real estate. In September 2024, Mathew was appointed Vice Chair of the Foundation Board of Directors, where he continues to contribute his leadership experience and strategic vision to help further the organization's mission and impact in the community. Mathew and his wife, Callie Crieser Hugo, reside in the Ortega area with their son, Marshall Beau Hugo.
Fontaine Le Maistre, IV currently serves as Senior Vice President and Regional Commercial Banking Manager for EverBank, overseeing commercial banking operations and strategic initiatives across the region. A dedicated advocate for community service, he brings extensive leadership experience from his involvement with several nonprofit organizations. Fontaine serves as chairman of the boards for the Foundation of Community Hospice & Palliative Care and Take Stock in Children for Florida. His prior board service includes roles with Dreams Come True and The Bolles School Alumni Board. Fontaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Alabama. He and his wife, Lindsey, reside in the San Marco neighborhood with their three children, Paisley, Fontaine V ("Sonny"), and Millie.
