The Cedar Valley Arts Festival is in its 60th year this year. Started in 1954 by the Downtown Merchant Association of Cedartown, the Cedar Valley Arts Festival became a project of the Junior Service League by 1970. We have made it one of our most important missions to sponsor the arts in Polk County.
