An international film festival that celebrates running as a universal exploration of potential and dreams. Films document trail running culture, support creatives, and foster community through inclusivity, while promoting adventure, wilderness, art, and diversity.

Doors open at 5:20pm for a pre-screening PNW Trail Community Expo with local trail running groups and race directors in attendance. After the show, Brooks is proud to present a Q&A with special guests.

Elite Heart (13 min) – Callie Vinson once weighed 377 lbs and now trains for the Western States 100-mile race, advocating for body positivity, diversity, and inclusivity in ultrarunning. Will she finish, or is just getting to the start line the victory?

The Pointe Pessey (18 min) – In her home village in France, Iris attempts to set a record climb on Pointe Percée. Narrated by her twin brother, this film captures her struggle between expectations and her love for the mountains.

Our Terrain (30 min) – In Missouri’s Ozark Foothills, three runners take on a grueling 100-mile race. As a tornado threatens the event, their resilience is tested in ways no one expected.

Talk to Frank (5 min) – A cocker spaniel named Frank helps his human, Maleek, heal from past struggles through running, leading them both on a journey to the Alps.

We Are Here. We Run Long. (8 min) – A BIPOC trail running community gathers at Camp We Run Long for workshops, races, and a mission to expand diversity in the sport.

Halfway to Crazy (33 min) – Ultra runner Candice Burt attempts to set the fastest known time on the 800-mile Arizona Trail, pushing her body and mind beyond their limits.
