Area teens are invited to attend “Together Strong: Healthy Relationships,” a free program developed by Sarah’s Inn to prevent relationship violence, that will be held at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, March 13, at St. Thomas the Apostle Catholic Church, 1500 Brookdale Road, Naperville.

A guest presenter from Sarah’s Inn will discuss keys to healthy relationships, defining what boundaries are, and healthy vs. normal dating behaviors. The heart of the message is that youths’ choices do impact society and youths do make a difference in their community.

Founded locally in 1980 by a group of concerned women in River Forest and Oak Park, Sarah’s Inn seeks to prevent relationship violence by helping youth realize the impact their choices can have on society, providing tools to lead healthy lives, and empowering youth to make a difference in their community.

For more information about the program, contact Dorothy Grantham, director of youth/young adult ministry, at St. Thomas Church at (630 355-8980, ext. 117 or at [email protected].
