The Frenzy kicks off with a Halloween Parade through downtown Main Street at 12:00pm. Kids can grab their FREE trick-or-treat bags, before joining the procession down Franklin’s charming street. Following the parade, children are encouraged to walk down Main Street and trick-or-treat at the local businesses, while grabbing some spooky savings on some great items, as they make their way to the Franklin Public Library. The Franklin Cider Mill will be providing their famous cider and donuts to guests and the Franklin Public Library will provide arts and crafts for kids to participate in on-site or take home to complete. The fun doesn’t end there, the Pumpkin Roll at the Kreger House takes place at 12:45pm. Families can register onsite starting at 12:30 and watch as their pumpkins tumble their way to the finish line until every last one has rolled away. Pumpkins are available while supplies last.
