Tantalizing Tantalus 2025

Starting from Hawaiʻi Nature Center (Makiki), Tantalizing Tantalus Trail Half Marathon (13.1 miles) takes you to ******* Ginger trailhead (in Nu’uanu) where you will turn around after crossing Nuʻuanu stream. The beautiful and challenging course greets you with lovely roots, rocks, mud puddles, streams, hills, hills… and hills.

Age Requirement:  Entrants for Tantalizing Tantalus must be 15 years of age or older. If under 18, a signed waiver by their parent/guardian must be submitted within 3 days of registration.  The waiver form is available for download in the waiver tab. Instruction on how to submit the signed waiver is at the bottom of the form.
