Please bring:

a sack lunch
journal and pen
photos and small mementos that connect you to your ancestors (optional).
Scissors and glue will be provided.

We’ll begin with a guided meditation to invite the energies of your ancestors into the space, setting the stage for reflection and connection. You’ll then create SoulCollage cards as a visual and symbolic representation of your lineage, family traditions, or inherited qualities. Using SoulCollage’s unique journaling inquiry process, we’ll uncover the stories, gifts, and lessons that your ancestors may hold for you. This safe and inclusive space supports reflection, healing, and a deeper understanding of how your lineage shapes your present.

By the end of this workshop, you’ll carry home meaningful cards, journal insights, and a sense of belonging that pays tribute to those who came before you. No prior experience with SoulCollage is needed—just an open mind.
