Join us as at Nettle Wood Herbs in Prophetstown IL for this 3-hour foraging and wild medicine immersion experience, as we explore the spring meadow in search of wild edible and medicinal plants! We will cover how to identify, where to find, and some common uses for a variety of local medicinal herbs. Then we will head to the outdoor kitchen to discuss the basics of making herbal medicine. Participants will each make their own medicinal oil infusion, vinegar extract or tincture.
