Discover the transformative power of Rosen Movement, a unique exercise method developed by physical therapist Marion Rosen in 1956. These movements, set to music, work to enhance flexibility, alleviate stiffness, and improve overall mobility. The Rosen Movement approach encourages deep, natural movement, allowing the diaphragm to move freely and providing a gentle massage to internal organs, promoting better oxygenation throughout the body. Whether you’re looking to ease chronic discomfort or simply improve your range of motion, these exercises are designed to lubricate your joints and restore fluidity to your movements.
Led by certified instructor Sally Wimberly, this class offers a welcoming space for learning and personal growth. Julie Stagner, a current student-in-training, will also share her insights. Join us to experience the benefits of this unique “work-in” and discover how simple, mindful movements can enhance your health and well-being.
