Get ready for fun 5K run or walk through beautiful Queeny Park and after you cross the finish line you'll have an opportunity to enjoy refreshments & snacks, visit with our vendors, enjoy entertainment and a demonstration from our Youth Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting Teams.

Awards will be given to the top overall male and female finisher and the Battle of the Gym travelling trophy winner (top gym with the most participants).
