We’ll also discuss effective strategies for maintaining brain health. Brandi Schneider is the director of Aging Services and Administration at the Schmieding Center for Senior Health and Education, and a licensed master social worker. Brandi will share the latest research on brain health and offer practical tips to reduce the risk of cognitive decline.
