This Memorial Day weekend, we honor the fallen by pushing ourselves in their memory. The Murph Challenge isn’t just a workout - it’s a tribute to Navy Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy and all those who gave their lives in service to our country.
The Workout:
1 mile run
100 pull-ups
200 push-ups
300 squats
1 mile run (all done in a 20lb vest or body armor, if you have it)
Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or taking on your first Murph, this is about heart, not speed. It's about remembering the sacrifice and showing up with gratitude.
