Ceremony:

The Memorial Day Ceremony will immediately follow the parade, and will be held at the Veteran's Memorial located on N. 18th Street, across from Evergreen Cemetery.

Location: Downtown Manitowoc and ending at the Veteran's Memorial on N. 18th Street

Inclement Weather Plan:

-In the event of rain, the ceremony would be held indoors at the Citizen Park Recreation Center.
-If it rains, the ceremony would begin at 10:30 a.m.
-The decision will be made by 8 a.m. whether the parade will be cancelled.  If it would be cancelled, WOMT (1240 AM) would announce it.
-City staff would do the set up at the Citizen Park Recreation Center for the ceremony.  They typically put out 205 chairs outdoors for the ceremony, and would set those chairs up indoors instead.
