6:00am - Packet Pickup and Registration + Kids Run registration

7:00am - 10k start

8:35am - 5k start

8:45am - 10k Awards

Kids Run will begin after the completion of the 5k

9:50am - 5k Awards

Tentative starts, based on race completion times

Course

The Promise Run 10k and 5k races start and finish in downtown Lakeland. The course will follow the historic streets of Lakeland as you navigate the scenic lakes.

The Promise Run 10K and 5K are certified courses.

Awards

Please note: To guarantee your award, it must be picked up at the event.

Awards will be given for the following categories:

10k Awards

Overall Division - Top Three Male and Top Three Female

Masters Division - Top Male and Top Female (Masters athletes finishing in the overall category will receive an overall award)

Age Group Division - Top Three Male & Top Three Female in the following age groups: 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70+

5k Awards

Overall Division - Top Three Male and Top Three Female

Masters Division - Top Male and Top Female (Masters athletes finishing in the overall category will receive an overall award)

Age Group Division - Top Three Male & Top Three Female in the following age groups: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69 and 70+
