The Homer Epic is a 50 km or 100 km human-powered winter race in the Caribou Hills on some of the most scenic, marked winter trails you will find. Ski, bike, or run (you can change your choice up until you start the race). The Homer Epic is capped at 150 participants, don't miss your chance! Weather permitting, there will be a snowcat-groomed trail, suitable for skate skiing. Updates will also appear on facebook. This event is a major fundraiser for the Homer Cycling Club.

7 am: 100 km Bib pick-up (at McNeil Canyon Elementary School parking lot)

7:45 am: Mandatory 100 km pre-race meeting

8 am: Start of the 100 km race

8 am: 50 km Bib pick-up (at McNeil Canyon Elementary School parking lot)

8:45 am: Mandatory 50 km pre-race meeting

9 am: Start of the 50 km race
