Compassionate Heart Ministries is a fun, Christ-centered, and safe place for people ages 14 to 45 with mild to moderate disabilities to come, hang out, and make friends!

The 5K age divisions are: 1-6, 7-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74. Each age group will be separated into male & female. 

For the safety of all runners & walkers, we ask that you do not bring your dog(s) or other pet(s).
