The Four-Minute Meet is a great opportunity for exhibitors and tour operators to connect. At this unique event, exhibitors make brief introductions, highlight information about travel offerings, and invite tour operators to continue the conversation throughout the weekend.

Get ready to soar to new heights at an unforgettable evening of fun, food, and fantastic entertainment!  The excitement begins at 5:30 pm in Klinger's Corner, where you'll be greeted by a dazzling Glovation Circus stilt walker and LED dancer, setting the stage for a spectacular night. Snap a photo with iconic Toledo mascots (Muddy & Muddonna, Rocky & Rocksy – fingers crossed!), grab some popcorn, peanuts, and a refreshing drink, and even snag some Mud Hens gear at the Swamp Shop (open until 7 pm!).

Then, ascend to the 3rd floor Roost for a party like no other! From 6 pm to 9 pm, immerse yourself in a world of entertainment. Feeling lucky? Head to Parlor A for Blackjack, Roulette, and Karaoke/Trivia with the Entertainment Network.  In Parlor B, unleash your creativity at the Spin & Splat station, groove on the dance floor with our DJ, and capture memories in the photo booth. Indulge your sweet tooth in Parlor C's Dessert Room, featuring decadent treats and interactive liquid nitrogen ice cream with Imagination Station (TBC).  For a sophisticated vibe, relax in Parlor D's Jazz Lounge, where the legendary Ramona Collins will serenade you with her incredible jazz stylings, accompanied by a fine selection of wines.  Finally, sample local flavors in The Bird House Spirits Tasting Room with Toledo Spirits. It's a night you won't want to miss!
