10:30am - 12:30pm : Old-Time Music Jam at Glendale Folk and Heritage Festival

This Week Old-Time Jam Will Take Place At Glendale Folk And Heritage Festival At Sahuaro Ranch Park.This Old-Time Music jam focuses on traditional instrumental music, including Appalachian fiddle tunes, Celtic and Canadian reels, jigs, hornpipes and other roots music. We encourage all acoustical instruments to share in these traditional tunes: Dulcimers, fiddles, banjos, guitars, harps, mandolins, Dobros, Irish whistles, etc. Players of all ages and ability are welcome to join in the time-honored tradition of gathering and playing music. First and third Saturday of every month

This Week Phoenix Ukulele Group Will Perform At Glendale Folk And Heritage Festival At Saguaro Ranch Park.This friendly bunch of ukulele enthusiasts loves to strum and sing along to all kinds of songs, from classic hits to modern favorites, folk tunes to toe-tapping pop and Hawaiian tunes.  Bring your uke or other acoustic instrument and take part in the joy of playing together. Singers and audience welcome.
