Sponsored by Kent Area (OH) Chapter, the Links Incorporated
This exhibit provides a visual narrative of American democracy as understood through the camera lenses of American children. Comprised exclusively of digital photography created by middle school students from Stark, Summit, and Medina counties, the artworks represented are the result of the award-winning Illuminate digital photography project sponsored by the Kent Area (OH) Chapter of the Links, Incorporated, in partnership with the Massillon Museum. Images depict a pivotal moment in American history. Freedom, civil rights, immigration, and the election process are all themes prominently displayed through the dynamic images.
