1-800-TruckWreck, powered by Witherite Law Group, will provide families in the Chicago community with 1,000 hams and food boxes for a special Easter Feast. The giveaway will be held on Friday, April 18, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Salem Chicago’s House of Hope, 752 East 114th Street, in the South Side neighborhood of Pullman. The event is free and open to the public, and meal boxes will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. One ham and food box will be provided per vehicle, ensuring 1,000 families receive a complete Easter meal, valued at $100.
1-800-TruckWreck owner Amy Witherite, along with radio personalities Joe Soto and Tone Kapone, will distribute 1,000 hams and 1,000 food boxes filled with vegetables, quarter chicken, and other essentials. Continuing their commitment to addressing food insecurity in Chicago, 1-800-TruckWreck aims to provide families with the ingredients for a memorable Easter celebration.
