Easter Brunch at Lauritzen Gardens has become an annual tradition for many area families. Reservations include a brunch buffet in the visitor and education center, admission to the garden plus the exhibit Sean Kenney’s Nature Connects: made with LEGO bricks, and access to our Spring EGGstravaganza activities.

Carving Station:

- Roast Round of Beef served with Bordelaise & Creamy Horseradish
- Baked Ham served with Fruit Glaze

Hot Table:

- Seafood Newburg with Rice Pilaf
- Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Penne Casserole
- Scrambled Eggs
- Optional toppings: Cheddar Cheese, Scallions, and Salsa
- Crisp Bacon and Sausage Links
- Macaroni & Cheese
- Optional toppings: Buffalo Chicken, Sausage, Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Peas, Scallions, and Jalapenos
- French Toast Casserole with Maple Syrup

Cold Buffet:

- Dinner Rolls, Corn Muffins, and Biscuits with Butter, Honey and Assorted Jellies

Tickets are $55 for ages 13+, $40 for ages 3 to 12, and free for children 2 and under. Members, and those covered under their membership category, receive a $10 discount per ticket.
