Dr. Anthony Inzillo with SWELL Physical Therapy & Performance will be leading runners through a pre-race dynamic warm-up session
Race begins at 7:00 AM
Strollers and registered service animals permitted
Course opens to traffic one hour after the start
Swell Phsycial Therapy & Performance will also be set up after the race to help runners recover and evaluate any pain or injuries.
