The Community Pharmacy of Port Orange will be at the Health Fair offering Flu, RVS and Pneumonia shots, which are covered by most insurance companies. Please fill out an intake form in advance (available by email upon request, or you can pick up at the Community Pharmacy or the Adult Activity Center).  

Hear Again America will be offering a free On-Site Video Otoscopy of the ears, and scheduling free hearing exams at their office.
