100 pound Ruck starts at 7:30am - weigh in starts at 7:00am
5k - 1 mile starts at 8:00am
Day of Registration starts at 7:00am

Register at packet pickup from 12-4 on July 3rd or race day starting at 7am (all at Gesa Stadium).
