Join us in downtown Belfast February 20 - 23, 2025 for the weekend. A safe and fun way to get out of the house this winter and the State of Maine Ice Carving Championship.

Come take a walk and visit the ice sculptures that will be located throughout downtown Belfast. Take a break and have a drink at one of the ice bars or participate in one of the many outdoor activities Belfast has to offer throughout the winter. If you're visiting from out of town, make it a weekend!

Schedule of Events:

All day: 25and ice sculptures can be found.

09:00 am - 05:00 pm: The Purple Baboon, 31 Front Street: Live Ice Carving, free hot chocolate, a visit from Brody the Moose!
09:30 am - 06:00 pm: Grasshopper Shop, 105 High Street, hosting a warming station and cocoa. Featuring the Red Barn Food Truck all day.
10:00 am: State of Maine Ice Carving Competition Hand Tool Start time. Corner of Main and Cross Streets.
10:00 am: Belfast Fiberarts, 171 High Street: Spinning and Weaving Demonstrations all day.
11:00 am - 12:00 pm: Glass Torchworking booth with live glass sculpting demos hosted by Mainely Gallery and Studio, at the Front Street Pub 37 Front Street.
11:30 am - 08:00 pm: Nautilus Seafood and Grill, 3 Main Street: outside bar will be open with drink specials. Igloos will be open as warming areas. Featuring both Portable Pie Place and Taco Joe food trucks.
12:00 pm: State of Maine Ice Carving Competition Mechanical Tool Start time. Corner of Main and Cross Streets.
12:00 pm - 04:00 pm: Drop-in "make-it-now" glass icicles hosted by Mainely Gallery and Studio, at the Front Street Pub 37 Front Street.
12:00 pm: Marshall Wharf Brewing, 36 Marshall Wharf opening. 15% off all merchandise.
12:00 pm: Satori Craft Cocktail and Sushi Bar, 108 Main Street, Opening.
02:00 pm: State of Maine Ice Carving Competition winners announced Corner of Main and Cross Streets.
06:00 pm: Down East Dead playing at Marshall Wharf Brewing, 36 Marshall Wharf, $10 cover.
