Coming up on the 12th year, BBQ, Blues & Brews on the Bay has grown to be one of The Mill’s most well-attended signature events. In 2012, our first year, we struggled to meet the minimum 15 team requirement to qualify to be a KCBS sanctioned event. Teams came from throughout the Pacific Northwest with most residing in Oregon and Southern Washington. Over the years, we’ve had teams come from as far as Canada, Texas, Idaho and more.

The beer scene has also grown. In 2012 we featured eight breweries and now feature over 20 breweries who have helped raise over $50,000 for local non-profits through the beer sample garden.

12:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Enjoy vendors, live entertainment from the Blue Tide Blues Band and Inner Limits, craft brews, and sample BBQ from competitors
12:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Live entertainment from the Blue Tide Blues Band
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM – Live entertainment from Inner Limits
New This Year: People’s Choice: Oysters
4:15 PM – Awards ceremony – $15,000 in prize money will be awarded to KCBS BBQ competitors and People’s Choice
