Please join the Mesquite Arts Council as they welcome, Phil Samson to MEET + GREET with the public on Saturday, February 15 from 6-8 during "Winter GLOW Fest!". On this night, Phill will set up a special bio-illumination experience on his artwork. Small refreshments will be provided for the public to enjoy.
