Andiamo Pasta & Chops is hosting a JUSTIN Vineyards Wine Dinner with special guest, Master Sommelier Joe Spellman on April 23, 2025. Guests will enjoy a three-course meal paired with selections from JUSTIN Vineyards and Winery, each chosen by Master Sommelier Joe Spellman. This intimate event will take place in the private dining room and will showcase a three-course food and wine pairing journey. 

Joe Spellman was awarded the prestigious Master Sommelier Diploma in 1996 and is currently the national spokesman for both JUSTIN Vineyards and Winery and Landmark Vineyards in California. Spellman is also a writer, a consultant, and an educator on the geology, language, and history of wine. He is most proud of his critically praised wine notes featured in three books by Chef Charlie Trotter. He was the principal wine writer for Lyric Opera Auction Catalogues and has contributed to the magazines Wine & Spirits, Wine Enthusiast, Sante, Decanter, Somm Journal, and Appellation. He enjoys traveling to various wine countries around Europe, Chile, Argentina, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United States.

Guests 21+ are welcome to attend. All guests must present their ID upon arrival.
